After many years cooperation, we are well commented by all the customers. specially producing transformer fittings such as transformer oil tank, round tank, shunt shields and core clamps, the company has been serving for transformer producers for a long time. It has successively been partners of ABB Hefei Transformer Company, ABB Zhongshan Transformer Company, ABB Hefei Distribution transformer Co., Ltd, Guangzhou SIEMENS Transformer Co., Ltd as well as ABB Australian Pty, Ltd. Since the establishment of our company, we have been developing all the time. In 2005, as company develops, we established a branch company in Guangdong, mainly producing transformer shunt welded (mainly produce for ABB Zhongshan). Besides the accessorial products, we also designed and produced oil ejector, 35T steel core overturning platform, 240T air cushion platform, winding machine, hydraulic lifting platform, the constant pressure system of steam and other special instruments for transformer corporations, which supply good service for the production of transformer. We have a group of professional workers. At present the total number of the staff is 52 including 5 senior engineers, 4 mechinists, 1 accountant, 1 cashier and 1 translator. The area of the present factory is 1200 square meters and the office is 300 square meters. Now we are going to build a new and big factory in the suburb. (The first term of new factory which is 5000 square meters will be finished at the end of this year.) We have different departments in the new factory such as Finance Department, General Department, Producing Department, Sales Department, Technology Department, Quality Department and International Business Department. Our new workshop includes the following machines: CNC Cutting Machine, Banding Machine, Air-Protection Machine, Shearing Machine and CNC Lathe. Also we have specialized Painting Room. We will pay much attention to the environment protection and the safety standardization for the new factory construction. In order to meet the need of export, our company has applied to be an independent export and import company (The Approved NO: 3401960457).Through ABB distribution transformer Co.,Ltd (Hefei), we supplied transformer oil tank and fitting to Australia, Sweden, Turkey, Iran, Hong Kong and Portland. At present, we have made samples of core clamps for ABB Spanish and after inspection they have place order to us.
